Mammoth Mountain Real Estate is as exceptional and varied as the Mountain itself. Mammoth Lakes is surrounded by the Inyo National Forest and is bordered by the Ansel Adams and John Muir Wilderness Areas…over 1 million acres of open space and a Town that is only 4.6 square miles.

Mammoth Condos / Townhomes: Mammoth Lakes has condominiums in all shapes and sizes and in all price ranges. There are approximately 6,200 condominiums, townhomes and condo-hotel suites in Mammoth. Currently, there are 200+ active listings ranging in asking price from $86,000 for a condo in the center of town to $2.1million for a luxury townhome that is ski-in/ski-out.

Mammoth Homes: There are over 2,000 single family homes in our area. There are currently over 80 Mammoth homes for sale ranging in price from $300,000 for a home on Manzanita Street to $7.5 million for a Bluff’s estate.

Mammoth Lots: There are a couple hundred in-fill lots on which single family homes can still be built. Presently there are 40+ residential lots on the market with the list price ranging from $190,000 for a lot on Canyon Boulevard to $2.5 million for lot in Juniper Ridge that is ski-in and ski-out.

Mammoth New Construction: If your first choice is to be close to a Mammoth Mountain portal, then visiting the Westin Monache and 80/50 Private Residence Club is a must. The Westin is selling studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with 4-star amenities at a deep discount off the original asking price. The 80/50 has its own exclusive bridge into the Gondola Building, 5-star amenities and is being sold in 1/8 fractions. Additionally, there are some impressive townhomes for sale adjacent to both the Sierra Star Golf course (Stonegate) and Snowcreek Golf course (The Lodges and Creekhouse). These townhomes range in asking price from $600,000 to $1.895 million.
