Weekly we meet to review every active listing in the Mammoth Lakes, Crowley Lake,
and June Lake areas to select the best "Propportunities" including foreclosures, short sales,
and bank owned properties (REO's) for our clients.

In addition, the home needs to be personally visited by one of us and voted on by the group. The selection process is what makes this a most dynamic list. Eric Leach has an extensive real estate and mortgage background. For the past 6 years he has dedicated himself to serving his Mammoth Lakes clientele. Prior to moving to Mammoth Lakes in 2003, Eric worked in various financial and marketing positions in addition to starting and running his own interactive multimedia company. Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northern Arizona University and is a Certified Debt Arbitrator. Eric is also the co-founder of Resort Property Reservations.
His personal interests include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, climbing, martial arts, biking, camping and just enjoying the outdoor beauty of the Eastern Sierra with friends and family. His frequent backcountry adventures heighten his competitive edge.
Madeleine "Mickey" Brown approaches her real estate business with a rare blend of practical and entrepreneurial insight as she is both a California Public Accountant and Real Estate Broker. Since the early 1980's she has vested herself in real estate sales, finance and development. When asked, she will say being a co-founder of Resort Property Realty, Inc., a Company with heart 'n soul that truly helps their clients realize their dreams, is the pinnacle of her business career. Mickey has a degree in Business Economics from the University of Santa Barbara.
Mickey moved to Mammoth Lakes full-time in 2001 for a short-term hiatus. However, she quickly learned that the saying is true "you come for the winters and stay for the summers". While she is passionate about downhill skiing and hiking, outdoor photography trains her to always look for the creative solution.
Leslie O'Berry, originally from the beaches of North Carolina, was drawn to Mammoth Lakes out of curiosity about the Mountains. In 2000, after finishing graduate school at Old Dominium University in Norfolk, Virginia, she packed her few belongings in her car and started driving West and she has never looked back! Mammoth Lakes has become her home, and each day she counts her blessings as she looks at the towering peaks of the Sierra that surround the Town.
Leslie views purchasing real estate in Mammoth Lakes as investing in a lifestyle, and strives to match buyers with the perfect mountain home to make memories! In addition to real estate sales, Leslie also performs bank inspections on foreclosures and bank-owned properties (REO's). In her spare time, Leslie enjoys rock climbing, mountain and road biking, competing in triathlons, and generally enjoying the outdoors.
Shawn Wilders' background in sales can be traced back to his early days as a newspaper delivery boy in Southern California. After completing his Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from Devry Institute of Technology, he enjoyed the experience of working in sales for a variety of products and services including working for Intrawest the original developer of The Village in Mammoth. He has truly found his niche - working with people to help them find the right property that embodies their own goals for living in Mammoth and the Eastern Sierra's, and being able to share this incredible place with so many people is a dream come true.
Mammoth really is the perfect place to live, work, raise kids, and just experience on a daily basis. Mammoth has many hidden jewels, his family takes on the outdoors every chance they get - snow sports, hiking, biking and fishing. Mountain biking keeps him physically fit and mentally sharp.
